Yes ladies, YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE. 

Thank you, Black History Ottawa, for honoring me with a 2021 Community Builder award for my leadership and community engagement: specifically, my role in creating and running the NewLife Project which inspires, educates, and empowers women, alongside my many other volunteer and community-building activities. It means a lot to me to be recognized for my contribution to the Ottawa community, along with the other dynamic recipients of the this award, Gwen Madiba ML, Resa Solomon St. Lewis, and Maria Oubline Remy. Congratulations to you ladies! 

I am grateful to my family, team members, mentor, and friends for their continuous support since the establishment of NewLife Project Inc., in Sierra Leone.  Thank you for believing in my vision.
