Congratulations to Guy Darcy Dukurize and Ange-Kelly Allah (NewLife Project participants) and all the other Ambassadors of the Generation SDG-United Nations Association of Canada (UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.)
Implemented through partnerships with District School Boards and other youth-serving organizations in Gatineau, Cornwall, Kemptville, Ottawa, 60 diverse youth, aged 15-25 years have been working diligently for the past eight months. They have worked so hard as they were all mentored to gain valuable life / work skills and enhance their readiness to take leaderships roles and initiate meaningful action on issues that they are passionate about it in their communities.
This past Saturday they presented their projects and received their certificates from the Government of Canada Service Corps Program at the Generation SDG Symposium which was organized at the Shaw Centre.
NewLife Project is so proud to be a part of this great initiative and we want to use this opportunity to thank Rommy and her team at UNAC for reaching out to us.
